How do I place an order?


Simply follow these steps.

1. Select size, colour and quantity of the product you want to buy. Click Add to cart to place the item in your Cart.

2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the Cart icon to view the items and pay. This will appear on the top right-hand side of the screen. Click Checkout.

3. Enter your email address and password or if you’re a new customer, register now or checkout as a guest. You will then be taken to the Confirm and Pay page.

4. Review and Confirm the items in your order.

5. If you have a Coupon to spend, you’ll need to enter this under the Coupon tab.

6. Confirm your delivery address and delivery method.

7. Confirm your payment method and Place Order.

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. It’s worth noting that Art N Fashion Boutique is marked as a safe sender in your email account. Check your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically.

If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again.

  1. Make the relevant checks

To ensure that your new order will not be declined again, we suggest checking the following:

  • Make sure that you entered the security code correctly.
  • Contact your card issuer, as payment may have been declined from them.
  • If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another card.

If you’ve tried all of the above but still having problems contact us, throw telephone, email, message on our page or social media, with as many details as you can about the issue.

We will try to resolve it as soon as we can.

In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of card or payment method, you must report it to your payment provider. Also, we recommend to contact us.

As an online business our prices change in response of marketing, stock and demand. In this case we will not refund the difference.

We deliver with ACS Delivery Services. With ACS you can track your order easily. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Then simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

Fashion: Shipping is FREE on orders of 100euros and over.
Art (Mirrors only): Shipping is FREE on orders of 350euros and over

Returning an unwanted product

As long as an item is still in its original condition and unused, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules around fair use.

*Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

For products purchased without discount or special offers, returns are accepted after 30 days from purchase date.

For products purchased including discount or special offers, returns are accepted after 15 days from purchase date.

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are applicable only in cases of receiving a damaged product and notifying us about it within 24hours of arrival time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of receiving a product refund, the cost of return shipping will be excluded.



Returned items are under your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
